I think of this place I end up getting hungry and start eating rather than typing. Well I have finally gathered the courage to to write. This place I am talking about is "Man-O-Salva". It is just next to the Clayton station and that area is full of really nice amazing Indian restaurants. Well Man-O-Salva clearly stands out as the flavour, the smell and taste of the lamb kebabs, goat curry and biryani is simply amazing and it does not make me miss India for food at least. This place is cash only and on a weekend you will have to wait atleast 15-20 minutes to be seated. I had passed through the place many times and the place was full of people. One fine day decided to check the place out, once I entered the place I knew it is the right place, the ambiance was quite simple but I wasn't there for that the smell of the curries and kebabs was enough to judge the place. We had ordered for Kebabs to start with as starters, they were prepared the old traditional way on charcoal giving it that smoky flavour to the minced lamb, it is served with Tandoori Roti (Bread) along with it and some curd. They were melt in mouth kebabs which is what exactly I was looking for in the Kebabs, not like the Kebab Wraps we eat normally in Melbourne. One bite made my travel 10,199 KM within a second, talk about teleportation.<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Kebabs</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Well it is a tough task to follow for Goat Nihari (Goat Curry) after such amazing kebabs but it did not disappoint, the goat curry was equally good at loads of flavours, the goat was cooked to perfection. Our stomach was full but the heart wanted more and we ended up ordering for a Goat Biryani. The Biryani was also really good, we did not expect the biryani to taste so good after almost eating to our capacity before ordering. The rice were well cooked, the goat pieces were tender and I couldn't find any fault in either of the dishes. So if you guys are in Melbourne and looking for nice Indian kebabs, curry and Biryani then do visit this place. Give me a call if you plan to go, I just need an excuse to visit this place. </div>

This post is for people who have no time to cook breakfast in the morning. Making breakfast in the morning can be a pain specially because you have to sacrifice your precious sleep to eat food. I am a tea lover, that is the first thing I want when I wake up in the morning. Me and family's mood is quite dependent on the morning tea. Specially in winters when it is cold outside, a hot cup of tea in the bed with a quilt over you is one of the best things about winters. At times I want to have the dhaba style tea that has lots of milk, sugar and is quite thick. It is actually quite easy to make at home. For that we will need: <div>
1) Half Cup Water</div>
<div>
2) Half Cup Milk</div>
<div>
3) 1 Tbsp Tea leaves</div>
<div>
4) 2 Tbsp Sugar</div>
<div>
5) A bit of grated ginger( Also add 1 cardamom if you like)</div>
<div>
These measurements are for 1 Cup of Tea. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9nB-q_T8sgMx7ChnylQjMt81R8Ta3xHssp93IGm_p6mJKQpvd589lbxkSgvHfuq5-yZ1vLIYOlQhrv4__Q3_xNmOypZ1S5kGhg6vbMMzdT6tAaOgkThROs5bn4S3kqWWJb40i17xxWlk/s1600/IMG_4846.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9nB-q_T8sgMx7ChnylQjMt81R8Ta3xHssp93IGm_p6mJKQpvd589lbxkSgvHfuq5-yZ1vLIYOlQhrv4__Q3_xNmOypZ1S5kGhg6vbMMzdT6tAaOgkThROs5bn4S3kqWWJb40i17xxWlk/s1600/IMG_4846.JPG" height="400" width="400" /></a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The process is pretty Simple</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Put water in the pan and on high flame, when the water starts to boil add grated ginger. Adding ginger when water is boiling adds more flavour of ginger. After that add tea leaves, sugar and milk. After adding all of these, put the gas on low flame and let the tea cook slowly. Once you see the colour getting a bit darker. Put the flame on high and let it boil, put it on simmer again and then put it on high flame. Repeat the process 2-3 times. This will help thicken the tea and gets cooked properly. Pour it into your favourite cup and enjoy</div>
<div>

During the Easter break me and my friend decided to travel to Sydney. Sydney is approximately 900 KM drive from Melbourne. We decided to drive to Sydney to save traveling cost. The drive to Sydney is the most boring drive ever. It is a long straight road, no great landscape to watch or look on the way. Dead straight drive for 900 KM. Will recommend driving only if 3 or more people can drive, you can take turns and will be a bit easier. Well Sydney welcomed us with rains non stop rains for our stay. The funny part is it only stopped raining the day we had to head back to Melbourne. Anyways returning to the food part of the story, well being born and brought up in India rainy weather makes you want to have Chai & Pakoda( Fried stuff). After 10 hours of driving and covering 900 KM we were really hungry and wanted to eat some nice Indian Food. We had gone to stay at our friend's house in Sydney, he told us about this place in Harris park called "Chatkazz" which serves the most authentic Indian street food, but the dilemma was that it was a good Friday holiday and everything was getting shut early, so we decided to go for drinks and next morning to Chatkazz for breakfast at that place. Whole night I decided what all will be eating, must have got dreams about food that night, don't remember now. So this place Harris park is called mini India, it surely felt like one.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
Well around this place you will get all sorts of things to eat that you get back in India like Pan, Kulfi-Falooda and Chinese food Indian style. On finally reaching Chatkazz I was mesmerized by the fragrance of Indian spices, It felt like home. I was amazed at reading the Menu as it had a wide variety of Indian snacks, from Dosas to Missal Pav to Jalebi, you think of a Indian snack it will be on their menu. We ordered Dabeli, Vada Pav, Pav bhaji and Ragda Patties. The ambiance and place looked nice though the taste of the food matters the most people forget the rest. One by one our dishes started coming. <br />

Well the food was good, as good as you get back in India. Everything we ordered was really good, I was tempted to try missal pav but I had to try some non veg curries so thought may be next time. As I told you guys earlier this place has a lot of interesting things to offer in the menu and I guess all of them will be as nice as you get back in India. So give this place a try if you are missing Indian food or want to experience how Indian street food taste like. <br />

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; color: #333333; font-family: "arial" , "sans-serif"; font-size: 9.5pt; line-height: 115%;">A part of growing up in
India is getting your slippers stolen from outside a temple. Well, I was lucky in that department that I
never faced such a situation. I was very careful and used to wear the ugliest
slippers while going to the temple. People leave their footwear outside while
entering a temple or a Gurudwara,it is a sign of respect. I remember eating a
"Langar", with my shoes tucked inside my shirt. It was free food so I
had to eat and I was wearing my favorite shoes at that time. So I was in a
dilemma to leave the shoes outside or skip the free food. Leaving an
opportunity to eat free food is the biggest sin ever. So I improvised and
tucked my shoes under my T-Shirt, I was already very fat,So my belly coming out
unusually because of the shoes did not make much of a difference. Sorry getting
back to the point. I have shifted base to Melbourne now and occasionally on a
Sunday me and my friend visit a Gurudwara. So one fine Sunday evening I and my friend went to the Gurudwara and after
worshiping and eating Langar I returned to see my slippers missing from the
footwear rack outside. I was amused and my friend too. It was nostalgic, I mean
as if we were back in India for a moment. We looked around to see if someone might have kept it somewhere
else, but they were nowhere to be found. It is a rule that If someone steals
your footwear, you steal someone else footwear. But I preferred walking
barefoot to the car rather than getting abused by the supposed person's
slippers I would have been wearing.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I was feeling amused than angry as I traveled 10,000 KMS for getting my slippers stolen from outside a place of worship. My mom pacified me saying it is lucky to have your footwear stolen, my sister told me to follow what Amir Khan used to do in PK( tie your footwear with a lock to a pole). People on social media found it amusing too. Anyways a week later, I went to the same Gurudwara and they were lying just where I left them on the shoe rack. Someone must have worn it by mistake and on realizing would have come back to return it. My friend quoted "God must be on social media as well, he saw my update and got the problem rectified. Well thankfully my favorite slippers got lost and came back to me. </div>

My love for food cannot<br />
<br />
My choice; to order food when I want<br />

Don’t be upset if I order at 4am<br />

First things first India played really well and I am proud of the Indian cricket team to reach the top 4. You can't win all the matches and yes it was heartbreaking. Shame on a few people who call themselves cricket lovers, who cannot accept the defeat and stand by the team when it is required the most. Well not making this post anymore serious, here are a few funny posts and tweets shared during the match which really cracked me up and there is no harm in just laughing it out rather than getting angry and blaming the cricketers.<br />

Nirulas was the only fast food joint in Delhi. Every child or adult who grew up
in Delhi must have eaten it more than once for sure. It is till now the best
sundae I have eaten. It has 3 scoops of Nirulas Vanilla ice-cream, hot
chocolate sauce (Nirulas), roasted nuts and that's about it. Simple
yet the best. I am sure everyone must have always asked for extra sauce and
extra nuts while drooling over the counter and seeing it getting made. So if
you still have not eaten it or you are visiting Delhi this should be a </span><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;">top</span><span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;"> priority on the eating list or any other

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Hot Chocolate Fudge</td></tr>

2) <b>Chicken Momos/Veg Momos</b> - Delhi should be renamed the momos capital. I am pretty sure there will be more momos vendor in Delhi than combined momos vendor in rest of India. Every delhite I am sure just loves momos. I love Momos and try momos everywhere I travel but trust me nothing even comes closer to the momos you get in Delhi tried it in northeast India as well but nothing as good as Delhi. The spicy sauce and mayonnaise served as dips with momos are just simply amazing. Also If you want to try a different style of momos you can try fried momos which are as good as the steamed ones and then there is this place called QD's near south campus which serves the best tandoori momos. So guys don't miss out the opportunity of eating momos in Delhi and specially winter time is the best time to have them. <br />

3) <b>Crispy Honey Chili Potato</b>- Mind you they are crispy and just not chili potatoes. This is one of the things you will miss if you move to Mumbai. I just could not find this combination. All I could find was crispy chili potatoes. You will get this Chinese starter at mostly all the restaurants, road side vendors or the famous Chinese vans in delhi. Like every other person new to the city I wanted to check out famous places in Melbourne. So I turned to my adviser Mr. Google. In the list of places to visit in Melbourne Werribee Open Range Zoo was one of them. I have always been interested in Wildlife so I decided to Visit this zoo.<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Safari<br /></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
The zoo is African themed zoo and has entry fees of 30.80$ (Australian dollar) and if you got a student ID then you get a discount. This includes a Safari tour, the duration of this safari tour is 40 minutes. I guess this was the best part of the Safari as the driver of the Safari keeps you entertained with all the important information regarding the animals. The only thing that put me off was that not many animals can be seen on this safari tour. I could see Rhino, Giraffe and few other animals though I felt it was a bit artificial as if they were just kept there for the sake of safari. Other animals that can be seen are Ostrich, Antelope and Bison. Since it is African themed zoo, so the safari felt incomplete without being able to see the pack of lions in their natural habitat.<div>
These are few moments I could capture from the safari<br /><table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody>

Once the safari got over I had mixed feelings as I wanted to see the King of the jungle. Well I think seeing the King is not an easy task anywhere. So after the Safari you get to walk through a replica of Botswana bush. On the way you will come across the Gorillas, this was the second best part of the zoo. You and the gorillas are separated by a thick glass. It was an interesting way to see the Gorillas and the 2 gorillas were quite entertaining. <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Gorilla</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Watching the gorilla up-close I was even more excited to watch the pack of Lions like this. The lions enclosure is at the very end of route. Well on reaching the enclosure first I could not see any lions and then on scanning I could see a Lion sitting very far from the glass that seperates us from the lions. Even on zooming my phone to the maximum level this is all I could capture. <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Lion</td></tr>

Well it was really disappointing to see only one lion and that very very far. On the way to lion enclosure you come across hippos, cheeetah and meerkat. </div>

The recipes I share here are for people who eat limited stuff in vegetarian food. I am not a big fan of green vegetables or pulses(dal). The only dal I love is Dal-Makhani. I have a limited menu when it comes to vegetarian homemade food. I remember being in hostel and asking people what is the menu for lunch from the balcony and as soon I and my roommate got to know it is some green dal or tindey we used to head out to the local dhaba for some nice chicken curry. Well I am sure many of you must be tired of the eating the dhaba food or restaurant. So here I am sharing a very simple Black-Chana recipe. It is a very easy recipe and for first timers.</div>

A very popular saying " I Can't make everyone happy, I am not Rajma Chawal" Rajma Chawal is one of the most loved home cooked food in India and I just love my mom's Rajma Chawal. I am pretty sure everyone loves their mom's Rajma Chawal somehow I feel it's main recipe is the love mothers put in as a secret ingredient. I was always fond of eating food outside. But when you start living away from family you start valuing home made food. I have been living away from family for a long time now and one day I started craving for Rajma-Chawal not just any Rajma Chawal, the ones my mom makes. So called her up and took the recipe from her. Step by step instructions I took from her so that I can recreate the magic. I followed the instructions step by step and it did not turn out the way it was supposed to be, but it was not bad for a first attempt. Today I tried making it again and it turned out perfect just perfect. So here I am sharing the recipe with you guys who are living away from family and missing home made food or tired of ordering food or are just broke to afford food outside. This recipe is simple quick and easy. I am a beginner when it comes to cooking, so if I can make it anyone can make it.<br />

Valentine's day wow so much love in the air, well so much so that it makes me feel suffocated. Entire week of pressure to make that one day memorable. Well good news I don't have to worry about it thanks to a very hectic study schedule in my University that I ended up spending most of the V day attending lectures and preparing for presentations. Well I won't complain as I had nothing better to do. The only complain was that this blog post is being posted a bit late. Well since there is no specific day for love so I am going to bore you anyways. Shifting to a new country and extensive classes starting without getting time to settle. So as it is pretty much prospects of finding a date for Valentine's day goes from difficult to impossible. Keeping my looks in mind I am pretty much confident as I look like a potato so I always have a better chance of finding a date since women love potatoes "I can be your French Fry baby". A normal human tendency is if you can't enjoy something it is better to make fun of it. So here is my try to do the same and to support it is famous status updates on social media "On Valentine's day couples are dating and Singles are updating". Here are a few funny jokes on Valentine's day to help you feel a tiny bit better.<br />

you must have already started feeling hungry after reading the title. Well, it is indeed a paradise for
non-vegetarian lovers. Been born and brought up in Delhi I had not been to Karim's until
last month. I guess I wasted 26 years of my life if I think now. The amazing
part of this place is not just the food but the atmosphere around the place and
history associated with it. Honestly, the
reason I decided to go to Karim's was for
the Khameeri Roti. Well, it is called a
normal tandoori roti their but it is Khameeri Roti and I can just go and eat
the roti. It is so damn delicious trust me.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">I will suggest you guys to use a public transport to go there as
finding parking can be really difficult. You can park your car somewhere nearby and take a cycle rickshaw. Those who are
still interested in taking their car find empty spaces if you are lucky. There
will be someone who will help you park the<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>Car
and might charge anything between Rs 10 to 50, no parking slips just unofficial
stuff. Still, I will recommend public
transport. Old Delhi Jama Masjid area is always crowded and aroma of
Kebabs can be smelt from as far as 2 Kilometres.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

a well-known band with people lots of
people all around and as many restaurants which can serve that many people. But
one iconic restaurant that stands out is Karim's.
It is inside a narrow lane with 3 different sitting areas to cater to a large number of food lovers. As you enter you
will see Kebabs and Tikkas being prepared and on the other side Curries being
served.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%;">I
ordered for Mutton Burra, Mutton Seek Kebab and Shami Kebab for starters. They
were really nice and had nice flavors and were properly cooked. Definitely, try Mutton Burra it was the
yummiest. The quantity is less so order accordingly. For the main course had ordered for Mutton Korma,
Mutton Stew, and Keema-Matar. The best
was the Mutton Stew the curry was really nice and interesting and it stood out
taste wise among the 3. Keema-Matar was also good but had too much Matar(Peas) for
my liking. I was disappointed but Mutton Korma as the Mutton was not well
cooked as it was hard to chew but the curry was nice. I and my friends wanted to try the Mutton Biryani as well so we
ordered but it was not at all great. I would not recommend Karim's for biryani lovers. Well after such a
heavy and spicy meal you need something sweet. My mom who has a sweet-tooth
told me there is a separate section in the stomach
for desserts ( ahh what an excuse) but I believe in it. So I ordered the very
famous "Phirni" it was nice but I have had better. Nothing great to
offer for vegetarians but you will get Dal Makhani and Shahi Paneer. They do
not accept cards so guys if you are planning to go make sure you are carrying
cash.</span></div>

When you think of a hot summer day it is something cold like a chilled beer or Ice-Cream you crave for, I mean no comparison between the two. Well I get a craving for Ice-Cream on a Chilly winter evening or on a rainy day. It was one of those winter days when it was raining and I was traveling from Delhi to Mcleodganj. I had taken a stop-over at Chandigarh and it was raining non-stop since morning. We had gone to sector 17 the weather can really take a toll on you as it really cold plus it is raining and it is just depressing. Well for my Mom and my sister shopping is a therapy that works to get over a depression like this. Well for me a something really good to eat can really cheer me up. As I was walking around sector 17 I saw a kid having a Chocolate Soft Serve and that moment on-wards I knew that this can cheer me up.<br />

Well I melted looking at the description of their hot selling Soft Serve Ice-Cream. It is called the Double Chocolate Chip and has Chocolate ice-cream, gems, chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles and Cadbury chocolate. It was mind blowing everything in it complimented each other and it was not an over doze of chocolate. My depression from the damp weather was totally cured. I started enjoying the cold rainy weather and walked in the rain with a smiling face. I am pretty sure this soft serve has super powers and is a mood lifter. It is one of the must try things in Chandigarh.<br />

Well you will be surprised to know that the Sainath Kulchas in Chembur(Mumbai) serve the best Amritsari kulcha in India. I was shocked too but it is true. Being Delhi boy who has lived most of his life in the north was just surprised by the very authentic taste of the Kulcha. One fine day a close friend of mine invited me over to try out these Kulchas. I was like dude I am from north so I am not sure if these kulchas will be any good. I mean honestly I had no expectations from this place as Mumbai is popular for Vada Pav and Sea food. He took me to this place called Sainath Kulcha. This place is in Chembur Camp. If you guys are planning to go then reach Chembur Camp and ask for this place, it is inside a small lane.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikpdVYQKve4tM-7a96bTlnGs4wEFlVtOA7M7TcT-_kDgT_wd8XyMGBJmtFpCp2uKj9yz9MlsC58KxFdVeuhqbU5bDLoDutb3qDOUlNACckr_e24TBZUugaz70VV7PabD_JiIa0f4-lYAg/s1600/IMG_2709.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikpdVYQKve4tM-7a96bTlnGs4wEFlVtOA7M7TcT-_kDgT_wd8XyMGBJmtFpCp2uKj9yz9MlsC58KxFdVeuhqbU5bDLoDutb3qDOUlNACckr_e24TBZUugaz70VV7PabD_JiIa0f4-lYAg/s1600/IMG_2709.JPG" height="400" width="300" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Aloo Cheese Kulcha (Potato Cheese Stuffed Nan)</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
You get Aloo(Potato), Paneer(Cottage Cheese) and Mix Kulcha with the option of adding cheese in it. My favorite is and always will be Aloo Cheese Kulcha, it is a mixture of cheese, potato and gobi (Cauliflower). So you guys definitely try this one out.<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So my friend took me and the place looked decent. It can accommodate 5-6 people at a time. You won't get to sit and will have to stand and eat most of the time. It is very popular and people travel from as far as 40 Kms to eat here. I was still thinking these guys are from Mumbai how would they know what a real Amritsari Kulcha will taste like. I saw him putting butter on the Kulchas and my dear friends this is how a Kulcha should be buttered. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I ordered for Aloo Cheese Kulcha and my arrogance of from being north and blah blah was all proved wrong. It was really yummy. The flavor and taste was really authentic. The stuffing was perfect and the Chole that were served along with the Kulcha were also mind-blowing. This place was for real and has been awarded "The Best Kulchas Ever"</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtvpTzj5y5L0OwjHo1zv4udhdzTMFiguiJ92HxwIqnjuiAJAe5uPp-E_hD51Rbstqv87cyqYa05vuf7gMTr_dTsXTc-guY9AeP7vmfxxj2TZlaLPXBcXa3GUTxekGj-MU-LUVv6Uzc584/s1600/IMG_0329.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtvpTzj5y5L0OwjHo1zv4udhdzTMFiguiJ92HxwIqnjuiAJAe5uPp-E_hD51Rbstqv87cyqYa05vuf7gMTr_dTsXTc-guY9AeP7vmfxxj2TZlaLPXBcXa3GUTxekGj-MU-LUVv6Uzc584/s1600/IMG_0329.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
They use the best quality cheese and butter and they know how to make the Kulchas buttery and cheesy. The taste is authentic as it lies in a Sindhi colony and has been there for a long time. Few more places serve real authentic Punjabi food which is just surprising to find in Mumbai. This is a must try if you are visiting Mumbai.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Few Tips : </div>
<div>
1) Order 2 Kulchas at a time as orders keep coming in and you might have to wait a bit and it can be a bit irritating to wait when you have started eating.</div>
<div>
2) Use Public Transport as you might face parking issues</div>
<div>
3) Be patient at times lots of orders at a time and making a master piece takes time.</div>

It was a fine Sunday morning I was half sleepy and the time was around 11 am. I could have slept till two. I mean that is what Sundays are meant for to sleep till afternoon. But my luck just changed from that moment on-wards. I got an angry text from my girlfriend "how could you forget our Anniversary" and that is when the hangover kicked in. There is a saying "Behind every Successful Hangover there is a promise of never drinking again". The nonstop pings of angry messages from her felt like sharp nails being hammered into my head. Well I had gone out partying with my office friends and I guess I partied too much and forgotten about it. I somehow managed to pacify her and said sweetheart let's not start our anniversary day with a fight and promised to make it up. Surprisingly she didn't stretch it which made me more worried. But that was not the only worry I had the bigger issue was lying in front of me was my empty wallet. I was broke to the core and how do I make it up to her. Well living alone can make you broke that you don't even know where the next meal is going to come. Well that was exactly my problem. I guess have to convert the last nights drinking session into an EMI. I have several of those at the moment. Well what to do to make it special and not really heavy on my pocket. Suddenly the Chef in me started telling me she loves Pasta in White Sauce and Garlic Bread. So I messaged her that come over as I am going to cook something special for her. She was excited and that is what I love about women they like simpler things and for them it is the effort that counts. I had earlier made a White Sauce Pasta and it was pretty nice for a first time attempt. So I was confident of nailing it the second time. I went to the supermarket to buy the ingredients. I must thank my mom for taking me to the supermarket with her to look for value for money deals. I was experienced in that department. I was the only guy among a group of middle aged women in the supermarket who was checking the price and deals of every item i wanted for my pasta.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXvCDE-HKpYgPB1oDUgWf79dQx4vEKbTNYYr5mh4OvbnSpjoX_yh0NFIrHlP_dZM4JxLLKJPXHhW8fCJB4pzKviCCI0Ouxl8M1B1Ku_Qx9kLu7yaaUv1gjqE7xfnZI3q97NTtS5j2TL8E/s1600/FullSizeRender+(2).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXvCDE-HKpYgPB1oDUgWf79dQx4vEKbTNYYr5mh4OvbnSpjoX_yh0NFIrHlP_dZM4JxLLKJPXHhW8fCJB4pzKviCCI0Ouxl8M1B1Ku_Qx9kLu7yaaUv1gjqE7xfnZI3q97NTtS5j2TL8E/s1600/FullSizeRender+(2).jpg" height="640" width="477" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Well I had bought almost all of the ingredients. Next I went to Dominos to buy the Cheesy garlic bread she just loves them. I could afford that much plus I could ask for lots of Oregano and Chili-Peppers with it. They were kind enough to give it to me. So I had chopped the vegetables, boiled the pasta and prepared the sauce. She had reached a bit earlier but the pasta was almost ready. She is a big foodie and must have been more excited the see what I had prepared than to meet me. She hugged me and kissed me and went straight to the kitchen. Everything seemed perfect and she looked impressed by the preparation. But luck just was not on my side that day. I had forgotten to add salt while boiling the pasta and now it just tasted bland. All my efforts went into vain. I tried to figure out something but I was no MasterChef anymore. It just looked good and I told her that it is bland and we can order out . But she was damn sweet she ate it and did not find anything wrong with it. She loved it as only my share must have been left. I took the leftover pasta to office; nobody touched it after a bite. Well she liked it and ate quite a handful so i was pretty much happy and till date she has not told me that the Pasta was bad.<br />
<br />
PS - We are not dating anymore. She said it wasn't me it was her but i know it was the Pasta!!!<br />

common and popular fast food after pizza. But finding a really nice burger can
be a task. I am deeply madly in love with fast food and I just love Burgers.
There is a saying that if 2 people are in love and been together for a long
time they starting looking similar. Well, that is exactly the case with me. I
love burgers and I look like one too. Well, I have been to Goa like 6 times in
4 years. It is quite convenient for somebody living in Mumbai to visit Goa.
Take a night train and morning you will be in Goa. I and my childhood friends
from Delhi have been going to Goa every year for the past 4 years. Goa is the
only constant in our lives, so we make sure we spend an at-least week together
in Goa. Well like the rest of the people go to Goa for beer, good food, scooter
rides, chilling on the beach and parties. This time, it was a bit different as
it was raining and we spent most of the time in the pool drinking beer. So one
fine day we stepped out for food. We were on our way to Curlies when I say this
place on the road that goes to Anjuna Beach called the "Burger Factory"</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%;">At
that time there was a big order for like 8-10 people so I had to wait for like
at least 45 minutes for my burger to be prepared. I thought I will just tell my
friends had stopped for some work on the way. But now that plan would have not
worked. So I messaged them to continue with their lunch as I am at Burger
Factory. Every time the burger was prepared I was just staring at it as if I
have never seen a burger. Well, the fact
is I have actually never seen such a beautiful looking burger. I am sure a lot of people must have had a bad stomach as I
envied each and every burger which was getting made and was served to someone
else. Finally, the big order got over and
they started preparing my burger. You have to be patient when you order as it
takes time for them to prepare it. Finally,
the burger arrived and I my expression must have been similar to my Labrador
when I used to put the chicken in his
bowl. I took a bite and it was a party in my mouth. It was a pure shortcut to
heaven. I had never tasted a burger so delicious my entire life. I almost cried
with joy. I was getting a bad feeling for ditching my friends. But I forgot all
about them. The best part is that they prepare everything fresh. The buns, the chips, and the patty
everything was made to perfection. I told my friends about it and they all got
excited like you guys must be right now. I took them to this place and they
thank me till now for making them have this burger. I have been craving for
this burger ever since. Have tried burgers at different places but have not
found anything like this. So guys if you happen to go to Goa and do not try
this Burger then your Goa trip is incomplete. If anyone of you is flying to Goa
from Delhi then get a burger packed for me,
