Cheese Omelette Sandwich Recipe

This post is for people who have no time to cook breakfast in the morning. Making breakfast in the morning can be a pain specially because you have to sacrifice your precious sleep to eat food. Consequences are that you end up travelling to classes and office empty stomach. Boring lectures and long meetings can really take a toll on you at times. Most of the times your stomach is growling and person sitting next to you can hear it and that can be really funny. So here is a quick and easy breakfast recipe which will hardly take 5 minutes to prepare and will fill up your stomach so that you don't have to wait for lunch time.

Ingredients:
2 bread slices
1 Egg
1 Cheese slice
1/4th teaspoon salt
1/4th teaspoon black pepper
1/4th teaspoon red chili powder

Method:
Heat oil in pan(1/2 teaspoon) once the oil is heated, break the egg and put it in the pan and simmer the gas. Sprinkle salt, pepper and red chili powder on the egg. Once the egg is cooked from one side, carefully remove it from the pan and place the other side to cook. Once both the sides have been cooked. Take it out and place it in between the breads and add a cheese slice also. Now place the sandwich on the pan(you can put gas on high flame) and toast it from both sides. Once it is toasted as per your liking, take it out. Your sandwich is ready.

Dhaba Style Chai (Tea)

I am a tea lover, that is the first thing I want when I wake up in the morning. Me and family's mood is quite dependent on the morning tea. Specially in winters when it is cold outside, a hot cup of tea in the bed with a quilt over you is one of the best things about winters. At times I want to have the dhaba style tea that has lots of milk, sugar and is quite thick. It is actually quite easy to make at home. For that we will need:
1) Half Cup Water
2) Half Cup Milk
3) 1 Tbsp Tea leaves
4) 2 Tbsp Sugar
5) A bit of grated ginger( Also add 1 cardamom if you like)
These measurements are for 1 Cup of Tea.

The process is pretty Simple

Put water in the pan and on high flame, when the water starts to boil add grated ginger. Adding ginger when water is boiling adds more flavour of ginger. After that add tea leaves, sugar and milk. After adding all of these, put the gas on low flame and let the tea cook slowly. Once you see the colour getting a bit darker. Put the flame on high and let it boil, put it on simmer again and then put it on high flame. Repeat the process 2-3 times. This will help thicken the tea and gets cooked properly. Pour it into your favourite cup and enjoy
